为商品提升反馈数,一是消费者积极反馈,二是卖家采用一些对策积极请求另一方反馈。
向买家推送反馈请求时,有时候会获得意想不到的結果,例如买家得出消极的点评反馈,或屏蔽掉大家的邮件或向 举报搔扰。
为了防止出现意外結果,卖家在发请求反馈邮件前要留意以下几个方面:
1)推送不必太经常
2)用语语调技术专业、友善,內容简洁明了、一目了然, 不必空话多多的。
3)为提升买家查询,可以借些原因让客户心甘情愿接纳,如送免费电子书、商品网络热点梳理、使用技巧、购买关键点工作经验等。
4)若仍接到消极反馈,要尽早联络顾客并想办法处理。留意:务必在服务平台标准上来搞好这种事。
